Chongqing Water's Unit Acquires Assets From Shareholder for 47 Million Yuan
Chongqing Water Group's (SHA:601158) unit, Chongqing Yuxi Water, acquired assets, claims and debts from the company's second-biggest shareholder, Chongqing Water Environment Holding Group, for 46.6 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The assets are the phase II expansion of the Tongan South District's wastewater treatment plant.
