Both Engineering Technology Seeks Up to 1.2 Billion Yuan Via Private Placement
Both Engineering Technology (SHA:601133) looks to raise up to 1.20 billion yuan from the sale of 158.4 million shares to up to 35 investors, according to a Wednesday bourse filing in Shanghai.The cleanroom system integration company plans to use the proceeds from the private placement to fund cleanroom construction projects, secondary equipment projets for integrated circuits and new display factories, and for working capital.
