Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank's Net Profit Rises 6% in H1
Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank's (HKG:3618, SHA:601077) attributable net profit rose 6.1% to 8.17 billion yuan in the six months ended June 30, from 7.70 billion yuan a year ago.Basic earnings per share during the January-June period came in at 0.71 yuan compared with 0.67 yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange.The Chinese lender's operating income in the six-month period also increased 7.8% to 15.9 billion yuan from 14.7 billion yuan a year ago.
