Ningbo Energy Unit to Invest 20 Million Yuan in Energy Services JV
Ningbo Energy (SHA:600982) unit Ningbo Yongneng Comprehensive Energy Service will invest 20 million yuan to establish a joint venture focusing on comprehensive energy services for public institutions and industrial enterprises.Shaoxing Chengfa Yuenerg Comprehensive Energy Development will have a registered capital of 50 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Ningbo Yongneng Comprehensive Energy Service will hold a 40% stake. Shaoxing Technology Industry Investment and Shanghai Urban Construction Digital will hold 45% and 15%, respectively.
