Hatou Investment Plans to Absorb Unit
Harbin Hatou Investment (SHA:600864) proposed the merger and absorption of its unit, Harbin Zhengye Cogeneration, according to a Tuesday filing on the Shanghai bourse.Zhengye Cogeneration is a thermal power company that incurred net losses of 7.8 million yuan.Zhengye Cogeneration will be deregistered after the completion of the merger.The thermoelectric company's shares fell 2% at the close.
