Shanghai Shentong Metro (SHA:600834) plans to sell its 49% stake in Shanghai Shendiantong Rail Transit Technology via a public listing.The other 51% shareholder, Shanghai Electric Automation Group, has the right of first refusal, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shanghai Shendiantong Rail Transit Technology provides comprehensive maintenance for Metro Line 5.Shares of the metro railway transport operator declined 1% in recent trade.
