Luyin Investment (SHA:600784) subsidiary Luyin (Heze) Salt Industry is soliciting one strategic investor to invest at least 333.5 million yuan in Heze through a public listing on the Shandong Property Rights Exchange, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Heze Salt Industry will remain a subsidiary following the capital injection.Luyin, Heze Energy and Mineral Resources, and Heze Danzhou Industrial Development Group waived their preemptive rights to subscribe to the capital increase.
