Luxin Venture Capital's Shareholder Earns 166 Million Yuan After Disposing Part of Company Stake
Luxin Venture Capital Group's (SHA:600783) controlling shareholder earned 165.7 million yuan after disposing of 1% of the company's total shares, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.Shandong Luxin Investment Holding Group sold 7,443,563 shares between June 3 and July 1 through centralized bidding. The transactions cut its stake to 66.37% from 67.37%.The Chinese venture capital company's shares fell 3% at the close.
