Aiko Solar Energy's Unit to Buy Photovoltaic Equipment for 46 Million Yuan; Shares Up 3%
Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy's (SHA:600732) unit, Shandong Aiko Solar Technology, plans to purchase six sets of photovoltaic cell wet-process production equipment from Suzhou Puyite Automation System for 45.9 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.Puyite Automation is a related company as its actual controller, Chen Gang, is also the actual controller of the company.The equipment will be delivered within 120 days.The Chinese solar products manufacturer's shares jumped 3% during the afternoon trade.
