Neutech Group Unit to Form Elderly Care JV with Neusoft Subsidiary
Neutech Group (HKG:9616) unit Dalian Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology entered into an agreement to form JV company Shanghai Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology with Shanghai Neusoft Data Technology on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Of the JV's registered capital of 130 million yuan, Dalian Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology and Shanghai Neusoft Data Technology will contribute 104 million yuan and 26 million yuan, hence owing 80% and 20% of the firm, respectively.Shanghai Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology is a holding vehicle specializing in promoting a citywide smart elderly care platform and products to build an effective elderly care ecosystem.Dalian Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology previously entered into contracts to form four other JV firms since June 2025.Shanghai Neusoft Data Technology is a unit of Neusoft Corporation (SHA:600718).
