Aurora Optoelectronics Shareholder Transfers Stakes Through Court-Approved Process
Aurora Optoelectronics (SHA:600666) shareholder Zuo Hongbo transferred 60.8 million restricted shares through a court-mediated process to two buyers, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Following the court-ordered share sale, Zuo and concerted party Chu Shuxia's shareholding dropped to 3.98% from 6.19%, with 109.5 million shares remaining.
