Shanying International (SHA:600567) plans to buy back between 300 million yuan and 600 million yuan of shares via centralized bidding.The repurchase will be conducted within 12 months of board approval, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the paper packaging material supplier closed 7% higher Wednesday.
