Pengxin International Mining Subsidiary to Sell 9.5 Million Shares in Australia's Sunrise Energy Metals
Pengxin International Mining (SHA:600490) subsidiary Pengxin International Group will sell up to 9.5 million shares in Australian mineral exploration company Sunrise Energy Metals Limited (ASX:SRL), according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The shares represent 5.59% of the shares of Sunrise. The Chinese mining company holds 6.17% of the shares of Sunrise, the filing said.
