Sino-Platinum Metals Unit Signs Non-Binding Deal for Shanghai Composite Material Plant
Sino-Platinum Metals (SHA:600459) subsidiary Guiye Zhongxi Shanghai New Material Technology signed a non-binding investment agreement with the Sheshan Town government in Shanghai.The project, located in Sheshan High-tech Park, envisions an about 400-million-yuan high-precision composite material production base, according to a Friday filing within the Shanghai bourse.The subsidiary must win a land bidding process by the end of October.
