Sanyou Chemical Industries Elects Chair; Shares Up 6%
Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Industries (SHA:600409) elected Li Jianyuan as chair, succeeding Wang Chunsheng, who stepped down after reaching statutory retirement age.Li currently serves as chair and general manager of Sanyou Group, as well as chair of Alkali Industry Group and Sanyou Electronic Chemicals, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the chemical company rose 6% in recent trade.
