Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals (SHA:600389) looks to raise up to 1.19 billion yuan from the issuance of convertible corporate bonds, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.The company plans to use proceeds from the issuance to fund herbicide formulations and upgrade pesticide production, among others.
