AVIC Airborne Systems (SHA:600372) finalized its acquisition of a 59.18% stake in Hangtou Yuhua, an avionics industry investment fund, from AVIC Aviation Investment.Hangtou Yuhua recently completed the industrial and commercial registration changes and secured a new business license.AVIC Airborne Systems now holds 290.0 million yuan in partnership interests.Shares of the aircraft systems distributor rose 3% in recent trade.
