Huafa Properties to Offload Real Estate Developer of Zhuhai Duhui Siji Project
Zhuhai Huafa Properties (SHA:600325) plans to offload its stake in a real estate developer and a real estate project through its subsidiary Zhuhai Huaxin Investment Development, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The Chinese real estate company will divest its 60% equity in Zhuhai Huatong Real Estate Development through public listing, with the minimum listing price set at 697.3 million yuan.The divestment will also offload the Zhuhai Duhui Siji (Metropolitan Seasons) as Zhuhai Huatong is its project company.
