ERDOS Resources' Partnership to Sign Partnership Deal for 30 Million Yuan
Inner Mongolia ERDOS Resources' (SHA:600295) controlled partnership proposed to enter into a partnership agreement for 30 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.ERDOS (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) will subscribe for units in the Suzhou Chuanliu Changrun New Materials Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership).The seven-year fund, , which will have a fund size of up to 1.2 billion yuan, will mainly invest in projects in the materials and chemical technology sectors.ERDOS Shanghai Partnership will own 12.8% of the Changrun New Materials Fund.The Chinese ferrosilicon products manufacturer's shares rose 1% at the close.
