Zhejiang Jiahua Energy Chemical Industry (SHA:600273) will absorb and merge its wholly owned subsidiary, Jiaxing Fancheng Chemical, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The absorption will help the listed chemical company streamline its management structure and improve operational efficiency, among others, the filing said.
