Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development (SHA:600266) won land use rights for residential land plots in Beijing for 1.7 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The land plots form part of a residential project the company will undertake through newly formed subsidiary Beijing Urban Construction Xingchang Real Estate.
