BTG Hotels Subsidiary Seeks 8 Million Yuan Loan

BTG Hotels (SHA:600258) subsidiary Beijing Jinglun Hotel sought an 8-million-yuan credit from controlling shareholder Beijing Capital Tourism Group, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The interest rate will be linked to China's one-year loan prime rate and will have a term of one year.Jinglun will use the proceeds to fund its daily working capital needs.
