Youngor Fashion's Controlling Shareholder Boosts Stake in Company
Youngor Fashion's (SHA:600177) controlling shareholder, Ningbo Youngor Holdings, raised its shareholding in the company to 40.25% from 39.26%, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.Youngor Holdings acquired an additional 45,662,794 shares through centralized bidding.The textile and apparel company's shares rose 1% during the midday trade.
