Henan Huanghe Whirlwind Subsidiary to Get 1 Billion Yuan Capital Increase
Henan Huanghe Whirlwind (SHA:600172) subsidiary Lianyi Diamonds (Henan) will receive a capital injection of 1 billion yuan from four investors, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The investors include the listed company's controlling shareholder, Xuchang State-owned Industrial Investment, as well as Henan Asset Management, China Post Financial Asset Investment, and CCB Financial Asset Investment.The shareholding ratio will be determined based on asset valuations, the filing said.
