Taiyuan Heavy Industry Controlling Shareholder to Increase Stake
Taiyuan Heavy Industry (SHA:600169) controlling shareholder Taiyuan Heavy Machinery will increase its holdings of unrestricted A shares at between 80 million yuan and 160 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Following the shareholding increase, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Group will hold 1.72 billion shares, equivalent to 51.68% of the entire shareholding of the listed company.
