Beijing Dalong Weiye Real Estate Development (SHA:600159) plans to borrow up to 600 million yuan from 47.7% shareholder Dalong Urban and Rural.The three-year facility will support business operations, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Each drawdown will bear interest of up to 3.7% per year.
