Yanlord Land Swings to Attributable Loss in H1
Yanlord Land (SGX:Z25) booked an attributable loss to owners of 150.6 million yuan during the first half of the year, against an attributable profit of 379.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Loss per share came in at 0.078 yuan compared with earnings per share of 0.1963 yuan in the year-ago period.The real estate developer's revenue declined 33% year over year to 6.2 billion yuan from 9.29 billion yuan.
