Bacui Technologies Completes Liquidation of Tom N Toms International Unit
Bacui Technologies International (SGX:YYB), an investment holding company, has received confirmation that the compulsory winding up of its wholly owned subsidiary Tom N Toms International has been completed, as ordered by the High Court of Singapore, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore bourse.The application for the winding up was filed by the company in 2023.The liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings per share or net tangible assets of the group for the current financial year ending Dec. 31, the company said.
