Hatten Land Changes Name to Metrocon; Discharged From Judicial Management
Hatten Land (SGX:WYO) changed its name to Metrocon Holdings, effective July 31, following shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting.The company said the notice of the special resolution was lodged with Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority on July 31, according to a same-day Singapore Exchange filing.Its trading counter name on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist board will change to Metrocon from Hatten Land, with the new trading code MTC taking effect from 9 a.m. on Aug. 6.According to a separate same-day filing, Singapore High Court has approved the company's application to be discharged from judicial management, effective immediately.The real estate company said the application was heard on July 31 after it was filed by its judicial managers.The company's shares have remained suspended from trading since Aug. 6, 2024, it added.
