Coliwoo Holdings (SGX:W8W) clarified the completion date for the proposed sale and leaseback of a property at 141 Middle Road, Singapore, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The co-living operator's unit, Coliwoo (TK), had agreed to sell the property and related place and equipment to CLAS Uptown Trust.The completion date should be read as Sept. 30 if the exercise date falls on or before Sept. 23 or the date falling five days after the exercise date if it falls after Sept. 23.The clarification corrects the reference date from Sept. 30 to Sep. 23 in the original disclosure.
