Quantum Healthcare's (SGX:V8Y) chairman, Victor Fook Ai, stepped down from the role, effective April 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the healthcare company plummeted over 50% in Thursday trading.Victor will be retiring at the company's annual general meeting on April 30.He is also serving as a director at Soilbuild Construction (SGX:ZQM), the filing showed.
