United Hampshire US REIT's (SGX:ODBU) distributable income jumped 10% in the first quarter to $6.9 million from a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Net property income rose 13% year on year to $13.2 million.Gross revenue increased 8.7% year over year to $19.7 million, driven by new leases and rental escalations, including a high occupancy of 97.7% from the grocery and necessity portfolio.
