Haw Par's Net Profit Down 25% in H1; Revenue Slips
Haw Par's (SGX:H02) net profit during the first half fell 25% to SG$107.9 million from SG$144.1 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Earnings per share came in at SG$0.487 compared with SG$0.651 in the year-ago period.Revenue declined 8.2% year over year to SG$115.9 million from SG$126.3 million.The pharmaceutical company declared a first and interim dividend of SG$0.2 per share for the period, payable Sept. 11, and unchanged year over year.
