COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) to Wind Up Dormant Malaysian Subsidiary
COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) (SGX:F83) placed a dormant Malaysian subsidiary, East West Freight Services, under member's voluntary winding up, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The winding up is part of the company's restructuring plan to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost of its Singapore and Malaysia based logistics businesses.
