Le Tree Takes Nearly 67% Stake in Xiamen LeTree Meilian Technology JV
Le Tree (SGX:E6R) completed the acquisition of a 66.67% stake in a Xiamen beauty technology joint venture for 1 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The stake in the Xiamen LeTree Meilian Technology partnership also gave Le Tree an indirect stake in Xiamen Shiming Jingzi Medical Beauty Clinic, as it acquired the light medical aesthetics and comprehensive health management services group from Lin Xiaodong on May 28.
