Digital Core REIT Reports Flat DPU Growth in H1
Digital Core REIT's (SGX:DCRU) distribution per unit or DPU remained unchanged during the first half of the year at $0.018 compared with a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Distributable income to unitholders edged down 0.2% to $23.3 million from $23.4 million a year earlier.Net property income fell by 5.7% to $43.7 million from $46.3 million in the year-ago period.Gross revenue was down 0.4% year over year to $88.6 million from $88.9 million.
