HRnetGroup Unit Acquires Malaysia Offices

HRnetGroup's (SGX:CHZ) subsidiary HRnet Assets acquired two office suites in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for 7.3 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The human resources solutions provider said the suites have a combined strata area of nearly 5,000 square feet and will serve as a permanent base for its Malaysia operations, which currently operate from leased premises in Pavilion Damansara Heights.The new offices are expected to be ready for occupation by the fourth quarter of 2027.

HRnetGroup Gets SGX-ST Preliminary Nod for Share Listing

HRnetGroup (SGX:CHZ) has received in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST) for the listing and quotation of 241,527 shares to be transferred to certain employees and executive director.The approval is subject to the company complying with SGX-ST listing requirements, including obtaining specific shareholders' approval where applicable, according to a Monday Singapore Exchange filing.The company will make the necessary announcement once the shares are transferred.

HRnetGroup's Attributable Profit Slides 29% in H1

HRnetGroup's (SGX:CHZ) attributable profit to owners fell 29% during the first half of the year to SG$19.8 million from SG$28.0 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Earnings per share came in at SG$0.02 compared with SG$0.0286 in the year ago period.Revenue edged down 1.1% year over year to SG$292.2 million from SG$295.5 million.The recruitment company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.022 per share for the period, payable on Sept. 30.
