BHG Retail REIT's H1 Earnings Per Unit, Net Property Income Fall
BHG Retail REIT (SGX:BMGU) posted earnings per unit of SG$0.0009 for the first half, down from SG$0.0014 in the year-ago period.Total return attributable to unitholders for the six months ended June 30 fell to SG$493,000 from SG$728,000, according to a Friday Exchange filing.The retail property company's net property income declined to SG$14.1 million from SG$15 million.
