China Yuanbang Property (SGX:BCD) incorporated a subsidiary in Singapore named Bangyun Rich Industrial Investment, as part of its restructuring efforts to resume trading of its shares, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The new subsidiary will focus on non-financial and insurance activities.
