Far East Boosts Stake in Chinese Refrigeration Unit
Far East (SGX:5TJ) completed the purchase of a 7.05% stake in Eden Refrigeration Manufacturing (Jiangsu) from Fuco Rudyanto Chandra for 4.7 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The acquisition increased Far East's overall stake in the Chinese unit to 91.3%, the filing said.
