Natural Cool Unit Buys Out Remaining 25% Stake in Dormant Subsidiary For SG$1
Natural Cool Holdings (SGX:5IF) subsidiary Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering has acquired the remaining 25% stake in Natural Cool Aircon Distribution for SG$1, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The transaction gives the engineering unit 100% full ownership of the target entity that is currently dormant.
