Sunpower Group Arm Sets Up Coal Unit in China
Sunpower Group (SGX:5GD) subsidiary Jiangsu Sunpower Clean Energy established Nanjing Hengyao Energy Trading in China, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The incorporation of the new subsidiary is to support the development of the group's existing business, with Nanjing Hengyao focusing on the sale of coal and coal-related products, domestic trade agency services, supply chain management and general cargo warehousing.The new business has a registered capital of 5 million yuan and will be funded by internal resources.
