GKE's Unit to Acquire Land in UAE
GKE's (SGX:595) subsidiary, G K E Logistics Services, signed a non-binding letter of intent with Jebel Ali Free Zone to lease a plot of land to construct and operate a general goods warehouse and a chemical storage warehouse in the UAE1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The property spans an area of around 61,881 square meters, with the logistics company signing a 25-year lease, with an option to extend for another 25.
