Santak Holdings Signs Sale, Leaseback Agreement for Johor Facility
Santak Holdings (SGX:580) executed a sale agreement for a property in Johor, Malaysia, for 12.8 million ringgit, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Additionally, the manufacturer signed a three-year leaseback tenancy at 75,000 ringgit per month with an option to renew for another three years.The leaseback will allow the company to monetize the asset, while continuing to operate from the premises.
