Singapore High Court Dismisses Injunction Filed Against Zico Capital
Zico (SGX:40W) said the Singapore High Court on Sept. 7 dismissed an injunction filed against its subsidiary ZICO Capital by Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9), according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The High Court has ordered the claimant to pay costs of SG$18,000 to ZICO Capital.The lawsuit is in relation to the professional fees claimed by Zico for the company's acquisition of LSO Organization.
