Samurai 2K Aerosol (SGX:1C3) Non-Executive Chairman Lim Siang Kai will retire at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting after deciding not to seek re-election.The aerosol spray paints manufacturer said his retirement is part of the board renewal process, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
