HC Surgical Specialists Acquires 51% Stake in Endoscopy Clinic
HC Surgical Specialists (SGX:1B1) acquired a 51% stake in NYK Endoscopy and Digestive Centre for SG$750,000, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.NYK will focus on endoscopic procedures and become part of the company's existing endoscopy and general surgery portfolio of 19 clinics.Under the agreement, the group maintains an option to acquire the remaining 49% stake in NYK Endoscopy and Digestive Centre at a later stage, the filing said.
