Thai Bourse Warns of Possible Delisting of Thai Rayon's Securities
Thai Rayon (SET:TR) said its ordinary shares are subject to possible delisting by the Stock Exchange of Thailand due to its failure to maintain the free float requirement, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai bourse.Also, the company's securities have been under a temporary trading suspension continuously for more than one year since Sept. 3, 2025.The bourse has also posted the non-compliance sign and maintained that the suspension on TR's securities remains until the company is able to eliminate the grounds for possible delisting.In failing to do so, the SET may proceed with delisting the company's securities.
