Thai NonDestructive Testing Warrants to Begin Trading on Thailand's Main Market on July 6
The Stock Exchange of Thailand said 577.2 million warrants of Thai NonDestructive Testing (SET:TNDT) will begin trading on the main market on July 6 under the symbol TNDT-W2.The warrants have an exercise ratio of 1 warrant for 1 ordinary share at an exercise price of 0.50 baht per share, and a term of two years from their issuance on June 15, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.The first exercise date is Dec. 30, 2026, while the final exercise date is June 14, 2028, the engineering services company said.
