Thai Bourse Asks Tapaco Public to Resolve Delisting Grounds by Sept. 21
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) urged Tapaco Public (SET:TAPAC) to urgently address the grounds for possible delisting, after the company failed to submit its financial statements within the required deadlines.TAPAC has until Sept. 21 to eliminate the grounds for delisting, according to a Monday Thailand Exchange filing.If it fails to do so, the bourse will propose that its Board of Governors consider delisting the company's securities.
